It does not include data where the identity has been removed.

Collection of your personal data

We will collect, store and use the personal data provided by you for the purpose of providing our services to you effectively and to manage our relationship with our users. We may also collect personal data from other sources such as the linking of social media accounts to your user’s profile. We will also generate information about you ourselves.

In Szn only collects and holds personal data relating to our users in the course of delivering In Szn’s business services effectively or as required for the participation of users in our activities and events. We also collect some data in seeking feedback from participants and users or through the participation of others in our social events. When you contact us, whether by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need. We record your request and our reply in order to increase the efficiency of our business.

 

We may use third parties such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google APIs , and other business partners including but not limited to technical subcontractors, payment and delivery services, advertising networks and analytic and search information providers. The information provided to us varies and is controlled by the specific service or as authorised by you via your privacy settings for that service. This data is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, and we rely on this as a lawful basis to use and process the data described above. We may also collect aggregate anonymous data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Anonymous data is data that does not identify you as an individual. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal information in law because it does not reveal your identity. 

Storage and retention of your personal data.

In Szn will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, i.e. for the duration of your time working with us, or longer if it is needed, for resolution purposes as an example. We will delete your personal information when you delete your account by sending us an email on team@inszn.com.

 

Disclosure and sharing of your personal data.

As part of membership with us we will need to use and share your personal data internally as well as well as to a small number of external contractors. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes and will not be used by us for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We will only disclose your personal data to third parties (other than our contractors) where we have a lawful basis or legal obligation for doing so.  In Szn recognises the importance of protecting personal and confidential information and we take due care to meet our legal duties and obligations.

In Szn will ensure you can exercise your rights in relation to the personal data you provide to us, as follows:
